Common questions
How do I add Wilson to Slack?
Click any “Add to Slack” button on this page or at hirewilson.ai, choose your workspace, and approve the permissions. Wilson then shows up as an app you can message directly or invite into any channel.
What can Wilson see, and do you train on our data?
Wilson only acts on what you share with him in Slack, and he checks in before doing anything risky. He never trains on your data. There's more detail in the Security section on our home page.
How do I remove Wilson, or delete our data?
A workspace owner can remove Wilson at any time from your Slack workspace's app settings. To have your data deleted as well, email support@hirewilson.ai and we'll confirm once it's done.
Wilson isn't responding in a channel. What now?
First make sure he's been invited to that channel — in Slack, type /invite and pick Wilson. If he's still quiet, email support@hirewilson.ai with your workspace name and the channel, and we'll dig in.
How do I manage billing or upgrade my plan?
For invoices, plan changes, or enterprise rollouts, email sales@getdynamiq.ai and a human will take care of you.
